During this time I lived in Lisbon, with almost nothing. I didn’t even know how to pay my rent. Out of necessity, I offered for the first time a paid Tarot Reading in a WhatsApp group for 40 euros. Luckily, within 5 minutes, I received my first client. With that, I could buy myself a meal. That moment (unplanned and raw) became the seed of La Loba Connection.

From the very beginning, I vowed that this space must be different. A place rooted in truth, clarity, and respect. A place where mental health, healing, and spirituality are never treated lightly, never brushed aside, and never distorted into excuses for abuse.

But what has the spiritual scene too often produced?
A culture where dysfunction was romanticized. A world where boundaries were called “ego,” where saying no was seen as unspiritual, where survivors were told to meet harm (and even those who caused it) with love. As if love could ever justify injustice. As if someone who crossed your boundaries was meant to play a “significant role” in your life, simply because of their actions.

Let me be clear:
Harm is never alignment. Abuse is never love. Pain is never a lesson. Some things are not negotiable. Some things cannot be explained away by “light and love.”
